Add button on relations has text "Delete"

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Select elements for relation
2. Press Add on the right relations panel
3. Enjoy

What is the expected result?

The button at the button should show the "add" text or something similar

What happens instead?

The button has the Delete text but the icon and effect of the add button
