Description
I get duplicate housenumber warnings, but it is not clear why this should be a problem. Duplicate housenumbers are completely fine. Please remove this test alltogether. Example: way 557234094
way 71901214

If different targets have the same number it means all of them are meant. If the Hinterhaus would not have a number the information is missing. Please do not abuse your power to force a limited view about something as diverse as addresses on the data. Several objects with the same housenumbers are quite common and Josm should not discourage it (your suggestion: “should not have a number” leads to data loss).

Duplicate housenumbers make not much sense, as a housenumber is a method to identify a target and when different targets have the same number it's impossible to know which one is meant.
Also your example does not convince me at all. Why should that be ok. The back buildings shouldn't have housenumbers.
