Download notes created by one user

I propose to solve the functionality of the tool with notes.
It will be useful to add the loading function from the server only notes of the selected user.
In the notice panel you need a button, by pressing which a text field will appear to enter the user name, whose notes need to be downloaded.
As an option, you can use the existing button for loading notes. When it is pressed, a window with a text field will open, and a confirmation or cancellation button. By default, nothing has been introduced in the text field. If you confirm the action, then notes of all users will be loaded. If you enter the user name in the text field, then only its notes will be loaded
