Incorrect string "Edit ->Download parent ways/relations"

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Download a relation
2. "Combine ways" in the relation

What is the expected result?

Dialogue box describes where to find the File ->Download parent ways/relations function

What happens instead?

Dialogue box says "Edit ->Download parent ways/relations"
This functionallity cannot be found under Edit.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

I have attached a screenshot of the dialogue. Since it has a "do not show again" option I guess you are not seeing it?
