Allow multiple uploads to one changeset

Description

It would be nice if there was an option to leave the chageset open, and reuse it aftewards. There probably should also then be a way to manually close the changeset.

This would allow uploading a little bit at a time, thus reducing the possibility of error in the upload caused by eg. connection problem.
