livegps NullPointerException

Description
After I've installed the livegps plugin (from SVN binary), everytime I try to open the LiveGPS menu, I get:

The livegps plugin binary in SVN was outdated ... the binary from josm wiki page don't show this bug - marking this one as fixed.
