TMS-Backgroundimages: support 512px tiles size

Description

Some providers of TMS-backgroundimage tiles provide their tiles not only in default 256x256px sizes, but either optionally or exclusive in 512x512px sizes.
Please support using 512px TMS-tiles too

Well, at least add the info how 512px-images are supported into the "add TMS-layer" dialog. Otherwise most people like me will have no clue that and how 512px-tiles are supported at all.

Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
