Make the charging station preset also apply to areas

Description

Mapping a charging station as an area makes sense when you want to add the individual man_made=charge_point 's to it. That's the tagging system that's also mentioned on the wiki.
It would be nice if JOSM also showed the preset when you have a charging station as an area.
