Specify location of .josm/preferences

Please provide an option to run josm with an alternate preferences file. I want to be able to run josm for everyday editing, and josm --preferences ~/.josm/alternate-preferences to edit on my local OSM/API sandbox.

There's a workaround:

1. create another directory i.e. ~/.my-alternate-josm
2. create a preference file in this directory ~/.my-alternate-josm/preferences
3. launch JOSM with -Djosm.home=~/.my-alternate-josm

You can leave out 1. and 2.

The tilde in 3. does not work, you have to write -Djosm.home=/home/USER/.my-alternate-josm
