After Upload all new ways get "State: referrers-not-all-downloaded"

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Have a way with all referrers downloaded
  2. Split the way
  3. Upload data
  4. Advanced info

What is the expected result?

The just newly created way with version 1 should have all referrers downloaded

What happens instead?

State: referrers-not-all-downloaded

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

Same for "Upload modified" but I am not sure how to handle the situation if just a selection is uploaded as the modified relations might not yet have been uploaded but I think we should be fine as internally the way is now member of the modified (though not uploaded) relations.

to The owner will be changed from team to the specified user.
Next status will be 'needinfo'. The owner will be changed from team to skyper.
as duplicate The resolution will be set to duplicate. Next status will be 'closed'. The specified ticket will be cross-referenced with this ticket.
The owner will be changed from team to anonymous. Next status will be 'assigned'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
