This is rather new and worked before. I guess the plugin needs to be adapted to recent changes in core or these core changes do not work properly with plugins.

Oh, sorry my description was incomplete. Yes, it works without any layer but an imagery layer or another data layer triggers the bug:
- Activate an imagery layer
- Revert CS
or
- Download some data
- Revert CS to new layer
I have adjusted the description and I guess the CS is not important as I can reproduce it with several.
It worked for me with osmwww:changeset/154080616 .
Can you give me an example changeset? Or maybe I misunderstood the steps to reproduce.
I did:
Data
->Revert changeset
154080616
for the changeset idRevert changeset fully
(only option since there is no layer)Revert
