Description

Not sure when this started, but Esri World Imagery no longer works when zooming out to e.g. 20. It used to show more recent images compared to more detailed zoom levels.
Is this a problem on the server side or in JOSM or in the image config file?

Besides that the message text should probably be "... there are more than ..."?

The problem now disappeared after a restart.

Correct syntax "there is more than" -> "there are more than"
