In preset Facilities/Education/School the tag school:gender=mixed presents a translation problem

What steps will reproduce the problem? ¶

1. The Josm language is french
2. Open the preset Facilities/Education/School
3. Select school:gender I find that the translation of mixed is not correct
4. I go to ​https://translations.launchpad.net/josm/trunk/+pots/josm/fr/+translate?batch=10&show=all&search=mixed

What is the expected result? ¶

translate it as "mixte"

What happens instead? ¶

on the n° 5287 of launchpad. it is joined with :
chunk "leaf" combo combo "Leaf type" combo "Leaf type" display value
chunk "leaf" combo combo "Leaf cycle" entry "mixed" display value
chunk "school_common" combo combo "Gender of students" combo "Gender of students" display value

and the translation "conifères et feuillus" concerns trees and not gender

The behaviour after the update is curious:
the translation display for "school:gender=mixed" is indeed "mixte", but in launchpad:

5287. English: mixed
there's always:
chunk "leaf" combo combo "Leaf type" combo "Leaf type" display value
chunk "leaf" combo combo "Leaf cycle" entry "mixed" display value
chunk "school_common" combo combo "Gender of students" combo "Gender of students" display value

although in JOSM the display is correct.

but for 5183. English: separated
chunk "internet_smoking" combo combo "Smoking" combo "Smoking" display value
chunk "school_common" combo combo "Gender of students" combo "Gender of students" display value
Current French: "séparé" is correct, but in JOSM it is now displayed as "separated"

should this ticket be reactivated or a new one created?

Somebody found it a good idea in java 11 that javadoc now issues a large amount of errors. That prevented i18n update. I have to check how to fix that. For now I changed the order, so that javadoc is the last task.
