Observed

Setting crossing_ref=zebra on a node in Germany causes the validator to emit:

Key from a preset is invalid in this region - Preset Pedestrian Crossing should not have the key crossing_ref

Expected

Don't just tell the user it is wrong. Have the validator tell the user what the proper course of action is to rectify it.

As this is a general warning created of preset attributes, I do not think it is feasible to have a proper suggestion for each tag/value.
