man_made=clarifier being corrected to =clarifer

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. add an area, tag with [man_made=clarifier](​https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:man_made%3Dclarifier)
2. run validator, it suggests correcting to man_made=clarifer

What is the expected result?

should accept =clarifier, but not =clarifer
