DataIntegrityProblemException after cutting building polygon that is member of site relation

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Load attached file
2. select the way inside the building
3. execute split polygon (note that the type=sizte relation is not changed and refers now to a deleted way)
4. delete the relation
5. try to undo the previous steps -> crash report

What is the expected result?

Not sure. In step 3. the tool should ask what to do with the relation or simply refuse to split or update the relation so that it doesn't refer to a deleted way.

What happens instead?

Relation is not updated and the last step ends in a crash report.
