Missing Moped access for cycleway

Hi,
For cycle paths, one of the most common access values to be set, indicated by traffic signs, is moped=no. I think it would help if this was also added to the selectable access values.

Component: Core → Internal preset

So, moped=* and mofa=* should be added to the presets of path, cycleway and the mixed cases of combined and segregated foot- plus cycleways.
