Make relation ID copyable

Description

When using the relation editor, the relation ID is shown in the title of the window.

It is not copyable from there.

Please add a button or other feature to "Copy relation ID to clipboard", or expose it as text which can be highlighted and copied.

Use cases: Adding relation IDs to Wikidata; pasting IDs into posts in mailing lists or other forums.

It is copyable from the map view. If you have the relation selected and use ctrl+c (windows/linux) or cmd+c (mac), it will copy the relation id to the clipboard (relation <id>).

Action
as new The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set. Next status will be 'closed'.
to The owner will be changed from team to the specified user.
Next status will be 'needinfo'. The owner will be changed from team to Pigsonthewing.
as duplicate The resolution will be set to duplicate. Next status will be 'closed'. The specified ticket will be cross-referenced with this ticket.
The owner will be changed from team to anonymous. Next status will be 'assigned'.

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
