Description
Idea:
Download of specific relations/ways by entering Relation number/Way number (single/multiple).
User Interface:
Open Box where Relation number can be entered. (with specific string for splitting relation numbers) or with possiblity to add more relation by clicking a button.
Benifit:
1_ Only specific relations, Motorway or Bus lines can be downloaded and edited
2_ Recreation of deleted Relations (if full list of Relation numbers could be imported) E.g. Problem with deleted relation (E 15 road or creation of master relation for whole network of motorway

In Version 1607 the download of an URL is possible. Example for relation
http://api.openstreetmap.org/api/0.6/relation/14xxx/full

It would be cool to be able to paste the URL of a .osm file into the JOSM download dialogue. By this you could also easily download a specified relation, giving the API call URL.
