SVG import error

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Create new data layer
2. Drag an svg file describing a polyline onto the JOSM window
3. Answer the "Import Vector Graphics" dialog

What is the expected result?

The graphic should import into JOSM as a vector layer

What happens instead?

The "unexpected exception" error window appears
