What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. move to Lyon, France
2. Enable layer "Lyon Orthophoto 2022"

What is the expected result?

Displaying aerial view

What happens instead?

Black layer with red text displaying "Error: Could not find layer grandlyon:ortho_2022"
