Add action to select shared nodes of ways — at Initial Version

Description
It would be quite useful to have an action that allows you to select all nodes that are shared between currently selected ways.
This could potentially even be extended to allow selection of all shared child elements of currently selected objects (i.e. way nodes and relation members).
