Plugin request for Panoramax

Hello !

With already more than 5 36 50 66 millions images, ​Panoramax is growing. It's a ​FOSS solution to store and display street images. 4 "general" instances are already available

And another one for Mapcomplete users: ​https://panoramax.mapcomplete.org

We hope to see other instance soon. Federating the various instances is now possible with the ​https://api.panoramax.xyz meta-catalog.

I think this new solution deserve a plugin to display the images inside Josm, as the Mapillary plugin.

The Api to access the database and the images is based on the STAC standard : ​https://gitlab.com/panoramax/server/api
