@ahmad.alobaidi: I think you might have a flaky internet connection. Can you please try again.

Identification: JOSM/1.5 (17580 en_GB) Windows 11 64-Bit

Please update JOSM. The current "tested" revision is r18772. r17580 was released more than 2 years ago. If you used the Windows installer, you will probably have to uninstall JOSM and then install JOSM -- this is due to a change in the installer that happened some time ago.

Please let us know if this is still a problem after you have updated JOSM.
