ParkingLanes Preset translation

I haven't found where to translate the preset ParkingLanes

So far it is only possible within the code block of the preset, e.g. Presets/ParkingLanes, see #11392 and TaggingPresets.

All the technical points are difficult and a bit vague to me.

Can the code block be modified like the other wiki pages?

Is it enough to add the fr.* in the code between de.* and ru.*?

Does the version number version="3.25_2022-12-11" change when a language is added?

I've added the French translations.

Although I haven't modified the rest of the code, I have a "Wiki page non valid : XML validation for preset failed: line 9: Extra content at the end of the document (line 9)" warning that prevents changes from being saved.

I get this message as soon as I add a single fr. line and press the "review changes" button
