"News about JOSM" link in About dialog is out of date

Description

The ​News about JOSM link in the About dialog links to an opengeodata.org category which gets very infrequent updates.

Perhaps this should link to the wiki, to some combination of ​MessageOfTheDay and ​MessageOfTheDayOld.

The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
