Map Paint Style "Potlatch 2" no longer works as it used to

Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Select Potlatch 2 as the active style from the Map Paint Style menu
- Click OK
What is the expected result?
The JOSM map window should show the editing layout as in the old Potlatch program - e.g. thick white lines for roads, pink rectangles for buildings, etc
What happens instead?
All the ways are thin lines
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
I have tried selecting another style then going back, also restarting the program.
I can see the Map Paint style in the list below does not have Potlatch 2, even though it is ticked in my JOSM preferences window.
