hi,

it would be nice, if we could copy a relation to a new one and then we modify it.

In r1804 there is a ne Duplicate button in the relation editor. It creates copy of the currently edited relation and opens it in another editor window.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
