Preset PostPartner: wrong Wikidata, Wikipedia link

Description

When you add a "DHL Paketshop" using the PostPartner preset, you get an error when trying to upload:
[Wiki] post_office:brand:wikipedia should not have URL-encoded values

The value is "de:Deutsche_Post" with an underscore.

Also, the key "post_office:brand:wikidata" is set with the value "Q113529068", which does not exist any more. It seems to have been deleted for not meeting the notability requirements: ​https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Special:Log?type=&user=&page=Q113529068
The suggested wikidata seems to now be Q157645 as shown on ​https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:post_office/postal_service_provider

The preset has been made by "casiosmu" -- maybe they can check all the values and update if necessary?
