MAPCSS: error regarding rotated text: no rotated coordinate system, rotated alignment horizontal / vertical --> error

Description

The alignment of the text works as expected for unrotated text. For rotated text, the alignment horizontal / ververtical does not rotate with the text. This leads to errors in the display. see attached file e_g_text-rotation.png and attached MAPCSS Sytle for testing.
