Add another coordinate format for "add new node"

Description

The function "add new node" can handle A LOT of coordinate formats. This is good!

However, the Swedish shipping authority (Sjöfartsverket) delivers coordinates in the format:

58-45,295N 011-06,882E

..which JOSM does not recognize. If I manually change the hyphen "-" to a space, then josm recognizes the coordinates, but it would be easier to just copypaste and NOT having to manually edit charachters.

Suggested solution:

Please, also add support for the format
