Hi,
I wrote a proposal for a new check in the Osmose github but I got redirect here, since Osmose uses the JOSM validator rules for the "wiki checks". My proposal was (copy and paste): " Every wikimedia_commons=* value that doesn't start with "Category:" or "File:" should be flagged as an error. Some examples from Overpass Turbo: https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/1kFP"
