    3 I wrote a proposal for a new check in the Osmose github but I got redirect here, since Osmose uses the [https://josm.openstreetmap.de/browser/josm/trunk/resources/data/validator/wikipedia.mapcss JOSM validator rules for the "wiki checks"]. My proposal was (copy and paste): " Every wikimedia_commons=* value that doesn't start with "Category:" or "File:" should be flagged as an error.
