Enable "Download from OSM along this track" for freefloating GPX nodes

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Try to fix bogus data by fetching bunch of nodes from OSM (like tourism=picnic_site name=Picnic site nodes - ​https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/1lQ7 )
2. Clone layer, convert to GPX, try to use "Download from OSM along this track" to avoid manual downloads

What is the expected result?

Download around nodes

What happens instead?

Nothing
