Description
I'm working with some data derived from aerial imagery, however the imagery is misaligned, so the whole data layer is. It would be nice if I could apply an offset to it, the same way we can to imagery layers.
The specific workflow is using MapWithAI, with the recent Microsoft ML Building Footprints. In the UK we have authoritative property boundaries (available as "OSMUK Cadastral Parcels" imagery layer), we align aerial imagery to that before mapping.

Well when working with local data that would mean modifying every object. That's not always ideal, for saving the file afterwords, or for searching within JOSM.
With MapWithAI, Ctrl+A doesn't work. You can't move everything.

Maybe the shortcut Ctrl+A doesn't work, but you can use the menu or the alternative shortcut, right? I see no need to save the moved data, but maybe I don't understand the workflow well enough.

I don't want to save the moved data that's the point, I only want to save the other edits to that layer.
No, Selection -> Select All doesn't work for me either in a MapWithAI layer. It selects some of the objects, if I repeat it several times the selection will expand to all of the objects.
Why don't you just move the data?
