I'm going to have to check and see if the failures from https://josm.openstreetmap.de/jenkins/job/JOSM/lastCompletedBuild/testReport/ are due to the dev api being down (probably).

Quick note: There was another dev API outage last week. It came back up Thursday or Friday.

From IRC (2022-08-14 at 23:25):

Firefishy: errol's RAID is very not well. Not likely to be back up today.
