Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Loading AI data
What is the expected result?
AI data loads normally without JOSM becoming unresponsive.
What happens instead?
JOSM becomes unresponsive
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
When I try to load AI data, JOSM becomes unresponsive. If by chance the data loads and I split the task, it reverts back to the previous problem. I have tried other versions but they all behave the same.

I tried it with https://tasking-manager-tm4-production-api.hotosm.org/api/v2/projects/12387/tasks/?tasks=197&as_file=true as the task area. I was unable to reproduce.
Can you give me a workflow that reproduces the issue?

Can you give me:
(a) the download area
(b) the selected data sources
It sounds like you are using a tasking manager. A link to the task would also be appreciated.
