Allow locking of layers

Description

When working on reference/background layers with editable content, it's often very to accidentally overwrite or download onto such layers. A locking feature allowing you to make a layer read-only would help greatly with this.

Status: new → closed

There is already a locking feature for data layers: See Help/Action/LockedLayer. Essentially you need to add "locked='true' to the relevant osm file.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
