Description

The MapDust service has been dead for awhile, and I moved the plugin to oldplugins. I'll move it back to plugins so that the job passes, but (as noted) it is no longer a usable plugin.

In 35961/osm:

Temporarily move mapdust back to plugins. See #22038

This is due to a failing CI job.

I removed mapdust sonar entry. That should help.

Thanks. I'll move mapdust back to oldplugins. I probably should have waited a day or two before moving mapdust back to plugins.
