Network error when uploading

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. uploading edits often the first attempt will fail and prompt the attached screenshot

What is the expected result? upload without issue.

What happens instead? have to attempt to upload multiple times

Having this issue as well the last few months. Used to work OK on 2nd try, recently sometimes I have to try few times extra.
Checked network connectivity, but all working.

Same for me. Maybe it is related to the JRE. I think I didn't see this with java 8, but it might also be related to a recent change in JOSM or even a Windows update.
