Overpass preferences does not remember custom URLs

Description

Is it possible to make the overpass server in the preferences also remember the url once entered like the OSM server? This is very useful for OSM-related projects like OHM, OGF. And now only the default two urls are remembered.

It looks like it is supposed to remember entered URL's -- we are saving the server list to the advanced preference download.overpass.servers. But it looks like the new url is being skipped.

I'll apply attachment:21953.patch​ as soon as I have a non-regression test written for it. Or tomorrow, whichever happens first.

In 18403/josm:

fix #21953: Remember custom overpass servers

This was caused by not adding the new server to the HistoryComboBox list
prior to saving the list.
