What steps will reproduce the problem?
Choose OpenStreetMap (Standard Black & White)
from the imagery menu.
What is the expected result?
A black and white map.
What happens instead?
An error message is shown repeated on each tile:
Contact [[User:TheDJ]] if you want to maintain OSMdb and/or the wmflabs' OSM tiles server.

I think this imagery is not available anymore until someone steps up to maintain it.
Should we remove the entry?

Actually JOSM has builtin tools to "produce" a black-white map on-the-fly. Use the normal Carto Standard layer (colored) and then use desaturate tool from the layers menu (there is a generic slider for color saturation of imagery layers). However, someone heavily depending on this will have to move the slider anytime the layer is added to the layer list - there is currently no way to store this in the preset, imho.
