Cadastre-fr plugin do not work/generate Edigeo layer in Reunion Island, Guadeloupe, Martinique.

Hello.
New OSM Contributor located in Reunion Island - I would like to report issues about Cadastre-fr plugin who do not work as expected in Reunion Island, Guadeloupe, Martinique. Nothing happen. Thanks for your help.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Download Cadastre-fr plugin
2. Download _ DOwnload from Cadastre tab (check building and adresses)
3. Download button

What is the expected result?

Generation of Edigeo layer

What happens instead?

Nothing. Not Working.
