What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. JOSM 18360
2. A computer connected to the TV HDMI (Windows 10)
3. After downloading the data from the server, the menu font appears, It is gigantic

The scaling of factor 3 and the font overriding might lead to unexpected behavior. Are you sure that is not caused by your custom settings?
