Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Download a bbox anywhere in teneriffe near nord 28.09 ; west 16.56
- Load Hintergrund 'Spanisches Kataster '.
What is the expected result? JOSEM sollte jpeg darstellen
What happens instead? Fehler beim Herunterladen von Kacheln : javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException:sun.security.ValidatorException:PKIX path building failed:sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException:unable to find valid certification path to requestewd target.

It seems the WMS URL has not changed, but the TLS configuration has two problems:

- The chain is incomplete, this must be fixed on server side.
- The CA is not in trust store, and must be loaded by JOSM at startup:
