Is it worth mentioning Mapbox imagery requests in basic tutorial?

https://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Introduction seems to be targeting complete newbies, it seems to me that
Mapbox-only: you can request a better imagery for the region of your interest (announcement in 2014-04-11 by Eric Gundersen)
is something that can be freely skipped there.
Is it OK to delete it as overcomplicating things and not being basic JOSM feature?
(also, maybe I am overthinking this and I should simply edit this page)
In case of AB problem: I am looking for some good JOSM introduction materials that can be shown to newbies that were mapping with just StreetComplete so far ( https://github.com/streetcomplete/StreetComplete/issues/3559#issuecomment-996111268 )

Done! I was asking as sometimes people are irritated when I appear and start rearranging things (sometimes even just when I propose changig things, had dumb case of this today)

In my eyes, the whole page needs a rework, see #17927.
It is a wiki, almost completely editable by everyone. Please, do not be shy, the wiki needs some attention and love.
