  1. The OSM server changed the protocol some time ago, so you need to update JOSM, Current tested version is 19369.
  2. Please, use a 64-bit java version on a 64-bit operating system
  3. Please, update you java version to at least 1.8_0_311 but we recommend openjdk releases of version 17.
