What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. When I import a track file ( GPX ) into the program add the road markings or other markings.

What is the expected result?

Please, update JOSM (to r18303) and your java version (to at least 1.8.0_311). Additionally, use a 64-bit java version on a 64-bit operating system.

Does the problem persist after the updates?
