[PATCH] Allow bugreport text to be available also without Exception

Description

The text contains lots of useful information. We should have a report bug dialog which contains that text as well.

Applied in r1417.

Thought the URL's from the long text will prevent adding to bugreport in many cases.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain framm.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
