Preferences: Missing warning about restart when changing icon size

Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. start JOSM with empty preferences
  2. open preferences
  3. enable expert mode
  4. open advanced preferences
  5. search for iconsize
  6. change some values
  7. close preferences by clicking on "OK"

What is the expected result?

Either the icon sizes change right away or a warning dialog with an option to restart

What happens instead?

No change in size and no dialog

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

Offline mode does not matter here.
Have the same pronlem with `Dracula" mode from flatlaf plugin.

21 months later. Cannot scale the icons.

Action
as new The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set. Next status will be 'closed'.
to The owner will be changed from team to the specified user.
Next status will be 'needinfo'. The owner will be changed from team to skyper.
as duplicate The resolution will be set to duplicate. Next status will be 'closed'. The specified ticket will be cross-referenced with this ticket.
The owner will be changed from team to anonymous. Next status will be 'assigned'.
